Account Deletion

1. Account Deletion Policy

As the core business of CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd is to provide maintenance services to our clients, we retain the right to store information regarding those that have attended site and completed work. For legal and contractual purposes, we must store personal information such as:

• Name
• Empployer
• Qualifications/Inductions/Trade License information
• Site attendance information, including dates and times of attendance, documentation submitted, and any comments provided.

As this is the only data we collect, no data is deleted when an account is marked as 'deleted'. Instead the account is archived, and will no longer appear in user searches or lists.

2. 'Deletion' Process

2.1. Option 1 - via CBC CMMS Techncian App

In the main menu, select the 'delete' option.

2.2. Option 2 - Via email

Contact CBC CMMS Support Portal to Request Deletion

To mark your account as deleted, please contact CBC CMMS Support from the email account used in the CBC CMMS Technician App and request account deletion.
